The CoC Certificate of Competency is a program designed by IAMI and PYA to provide yacht crew with an opportunity to develop professionally their career in the yachting industry.
Also, to ensure yacht crew build the skills and knowledge to grow professionally in the maritime industry, in current and future careers from entry-level to becoming Head of interior, chief stewardess, HoD, purser, head of housekeeping, head of service, or any manager position.
