We offer bespoke training tailored to your yacht or private state needs & requirements. Our training program is based on the Guest SuperYacht Interior Training Program. All our courses are MCA-approved / Accepted, and we follow the highest yacht industry standards of the G.U.E.S.T. Program & IAMI Association.

Our Team
We care for you to meet us that is why we want to introduce our team. Mayte Bruguera is 15 years now in the Super Yacht Industry. She had developed interior training programs for large super Yahts and is an expert In Coaching and training in the areas of Leadership & Management, she has trained many chief Stewardess And HoD in the area of Team management, Motivation, leadership skills, HR and implementing performance management ON board . Mayte Bruguera is PHD in Humans Resources Management for the University of Barcelona. Prior to the Yacht industry she had worked for several Multinationals companies and Olympic winter games. |
