- Advanced Housekeeping & Laundry Service Unit 7-8: provides an in-depth knowledge of the advanced aspects of cleanliness and the organizational skills necessary for the maintenance and proper functioning of the guest interior. Laundry: offers invaluable tips, guidelines, and practical training on how to apply and manage efficient laundry services onboard. 595€
- Advanced Valet- Butler Service Unit 9: Focus is given to applying efficient valet services such as handling guest clothing and accessories, suitcase packing techniques, and wardrobe management. clothing, shoe care, ironing and pressing different items, handling and packing delicate items. 480€
- Foundation Leadership Unit 17: This Module focuses on managing the challenges when taking on a HoD position for the first years as how to motivate individuals & teams, effectively communicate, apply performance management on board, resource management principles, and manage conflict situations. 1.100€
