1 . Before You Book
After platform access but before 40 % of the content is completed Up to 25 % (fixed 75 % fee covers online theory already delivered)The 75 % retained may be used as a credit toward on-class or Zoom delivery of the same course within 12 months.
After 40 % of content, any live Zoom, or on-class attendance No refund Courses become non-refundable once substantial training is accessed but you have right toward on-class or Zoom delivery of the same course within 12 months for the courses that already are shceduled at the academy. However, you still have a right to re-attend the same course (either in-person or via Zoom) within 12 months, at no extra cost, if it is already scheduled at the academy. This allows you to complete or refresh your training without paying again. If you want to attend on class and the course was originally book online diference of the fee will be applied
Course Policy
Courses are non-refundable once a student has attended any live session or inclass totally or partially or completed 30% of the course content. Courses are not refundable by any cause after obtainin your course Diploma.
However, students are entitled to re-attend the same course (either on-site or via Zoom) within 12 months, at no additional cost, provided the course is scheduled again by the academy.
For Zoom sessions, it is mandatory to have a functioning webcam during the class.
For Food Safety Level 2 and Level 3 courses, if the student does not comply with the webcam or internet connection requirements, any additional exam attempt or extra class required will be at the student’s own expense.
Administrative fee for any approved refund: €12 (in addition to the percentages above).
5 . Pause & Reactivation
1 . Before You Book
- Read the course description carefully and verify you meet any prerequisites.
- Provide accurate information on all booking forms; you confirm that all data supplied is complete and correct.
- For questions, email [email protected] or use the enquiry form at the bottom of each course page.
- Pre-payment (20 %) – reserves a provisional place.
- Balance payment (remaining 80 %) – must be received before the course start date for the place to be fully confirmed.
- A confirmation email with joining instructions is sent five (5) days before the course begins.
- Do not book travel until you have received this confirmation.
- If a course is cancelled 10 days or more before the start date, you will receive a full refund minus a €20 processing fee.
- If the Academy must cancel within 10 days, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future course at no extra cost.

5 . Pause & Reactivation
- Courses may be placed on standby for up to 12 months from enrolment.
- Access windows: each activation period lasts 3 months. Additional 3-month activations cost €38 if they courses are not finished on the 3 months period
- If no login activity is recorded for three consecutive months, the account is de-activated until the reactivation fee is paid.
- after 12 motnhs period you can subscribe for a fee of 38€ year as all courses are updated frequently youwill have access to the same course with updates contents .
- Courses must be completed within 12 months of enrolment.
- To receive the IAMI / GUEST Diploma, students must:
- Attend 100 % of scheduled Zoom or on-class sessions, and
- Complete 100 % of online modules on the student platform.
- Diplomas are provided in digital (PDF) format at no cost.
- Hard-copy delivery can be purchased: €12.80 (EU), €26 (non-EU).
- Replacement or re-shipping after 30 days: €28 per diploma.
- Online payments are accepted by major credit/debit cards.

- All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
- Please note that a payment receipt is automatically generated through our website at the time of booking .Should you require a separate individual invoice to be issued, this will involve additional administrative handling, and a supplementary charge of €20 + VAT per invoice will apply.
- Flights, accommodation, visas, and personal expenses are not included and are non-refundable by the Academy by any cause.
- Product shipping fees (books, uniforms, etc.) are not included on the price
- Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
- These terms and contracts shall be governed by Spanish law, and the parties agree that the courts of Barcelona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or related to them.
