1 . Before You Book
After platform access but before 40 % of the content is completed Up to 25 % (fixed 75 % fee covers online theory already delivered)The 75 % retained may be used as a credit toward on-class or Zoom delivery of the same course within 12 months.
After 40 % of content, any live Zoom, or on-class attendance No refund Courses become non-refundable once substantial training is accessed but you have right toward on-class or Zoom delivery of the same course within 12 months for the courses that already are shceduled at the academy. However, you still have a right to re-attend the same course (either in-person or via Zoom) within 12 months, at no extra cost, if it is already scheduled at the academy. This allows you to complete or refresh your training without paying again. If you want to attend on class and the course was originally book online diference of the fee will be applied

5 . Pause & Reactivation
1 . Before You Book
- Read the course description carefully and verify you meet any prerequisites.
- Provide accurate information on all booking forms; you confirm that all data supplied is complete and correct.
- For questions, email [email protected] or use the enquiry form at the bottom of each course page.
- Pre-payment (20 %) – reserves a provisional place.
- Balance payment (remaining 80 %) – must be received before the course start date for the place to be fully confirmed.
- A confirmation email with joining instructions is sent five (5) days before the course begins.
- Do not book travel until you have received this confirmation.
- If a course is cancelled 10 days or more before the start date, you will receive a full refund minus a €20 processing fee.
- If the Academy must cancel within 10 days, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future course at no extra cost.

5 . Pause & Reactivation
- Courses may be placed on standby for up to 12 months from enrolment.
- Access windows: each activation period lasts 3 months. Additional 3-month activations cost €38.
- If no login activity is recorded for three consecutive months, the account is de-activated until the reactivation fee is paid.
- Courses must be completed within 12 months of enrolment.
- To receive the IAMI / GUEST Diploma, students must:
- Attend 100 % of scheduled Zoom or on-class sessions, and
- Complete 100 % of online modules.
- Diplomas are provided in digital (PDF) format at no cost.
- Hard-copy delivery can be purchased: €12.80 (EU), €26 (non-EU).
- Replacement or re-shipping after 30 days: €28 per diploma.
- Online payments are accepted by major credit/debit cards.

- All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
- Flights, accommodation, visas, and personal expenses are not included and are non-refundable by the Academy.
- Product shipping fees (books, uniforms, etc.):
- Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
- Contracts are governed by Spanish law; any dispute falls under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelon
