This course is directed to heads of department/senior positions on board who have a responsibility within their appointed roles to understand the impact of leading individuals and their department teams.
The Foundation Leadership Module focuses on managing the challenges when taking on a HoD position for the first years as how to motivate individuals & teams, effectively communicate, apply performance management on board, resource management principles, and manage conflict situations.
