In this course you will learn theoretical and practical bases to learn the basics cocktails as well as basic in techniques of international cocktails, Study of the products and families of Alcoholic Beverages, Spirits Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila and Whisky , basic introduction to wine, its origins, varieties and rituals followed by for wine service on board a Super yacht.

Module 2: Mixology and bartending
2.1 Study of the products and families of Alcoholic Beverages, Spirits Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila and Whisky
Classic service for spirits
2.2 Recognize and use the required tools for cocktail making:
Glassware, cocktail, service utensils, tools
2.3 How to prepare cocktail recipes
- 18 years old and over
- Food & safety level II (MCA approved)
- Experience Basic bar service knowledge.
- At least 1 season experience as a Stewardess
- English fluent
