This Junior introductory course for Stewardess who wants to start a career onboard a Super Yacht 

An exclusive module teaching the customs, techniques, and etiquette associated with Service on a Superyacht luxury Silver Service as well as relevant service styles. The module is instructive, practical, and interactive and includes: set up of the table, the direction of service, and practice in serving guests, Upon successful completion of this course students will have developed a 5* standard service skill-set. together with the mandatory Food & hygiene certificate MCA approved courses


Duration: 2 days

Schedule: 2 Sessions ( total 6 hours + Assessment 12 hours online

Methodology

Students will have access to all the content of the course on the online platform 24/7. During the course and combining with self study on the platform  the student will attend on class sessions at Barcelona Crew Academy , with our expert teacher,  the course focuses on practical experience using a range of quality equipment with of practical demonstrations by applying skills.

Assessment Criteria is achieved through the assessment process of practical demonstrations by applying skills, supported by Assessments through final exam and  assignments testing.
