Advanced Service Module / Silver Service
Upon successful completion of this course An exclusive course teaching how to apply different service styles onboard the customs, techniques, and etiquette associated with traditional Silver Service as well as other relevant service styles. The course is instructive, practical and interactive and includes: different set ups of the table, the different types of Services, Silver service, Champagne and wine service, caviar service and cigar.
Implement & manage Food & Beverage Standards operating service procedures. supervisory skills and organisation for guest service.
Students will have developed a 5* standard service skill-set and good knowledge of luxury menu items.
Schedule: 3 sessions (21 hours in total – 7 of them on line)
Dates: 19 to 21 of November 2018
Times: From 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00 (Assessment included)
Location: Barcelona / Training Facilities Barcelona Crew
*This module is available on board & can be tailored to individual yacht needs.
*A 20% payment will be made in advance for booking reservations, remaining amount must be transferred 4 days before the module starts. Instructions will be provided.
Taught in the classroom with a demonstration of the different styles of service and practical participation demonstrating the different techniques learned.
