This course is an exclusive module teaching the customs, techniques, and etiquette associated with Service on a Superyacht luxury Silver Service as well as relevant service styles. The module is instructive, practical, and interactive and includes: the setup of the table, the direction of service, and practice in serving guests.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will have developed a 5* standard service skill set together with the mandatory food & hygiene certificate (MCA approved).
Duration: 2 days
Schedule: 2 Sessions (6 hours + 12 hours assessment)

Requirements
Methodology
Students will have access to all the content of the course on the online platform 24/7. They can work at their own pace, doing assignments, and preparing the content before attending the live session by zoom . the live session will be delivered by Barcelona Crew Academy expert teacher in the field. Once the students have done all the assignments, quizzes and self-study work on the online platform, they will demonstrate their knowledge in a final exam online exam, . Through all the process you will have a personal tuition teacher
After successful exam, they will obtain an official diploma Guest Program- IAMI . MCA recognized training
Assessment process
The assessment process is based in three parts. An online test taken by the students, the written assignments, and an evaluation carried out through a live session with the teacher.
