This module is carefully designed for the crew on board. Our mixology course offers a syllabus developed to give you the theoretical and practical bases to learn the latest cocktails trends in the most advanced techniques of international cocktails, becoming a leading bartender. It was designed to allow the designated crew to take their abilities to the next level in terms of cocktails, equipment, and ingredients.

Requirements
18 years old and over
Experience Basic service skills
Food & safety level II
At least 1 season experience as a Stewardess
English fluent
Methodology
Taught in the classroom theoretical contents and practical participation demonstrating the different techniques learned. Includes student notes manual.
Assessment process Assessment Criteria is achieved through the assessment process of practical demonstrations by applying skills, supported by Assessments through either written exam, discussion testing or assignment testing.
Certificate
The training includes a certificate of completion awarded by Barcelona Crew Yachts Academy, the Guest Program and Professional IAMI will be provided once completed the practice at Barcelona Crew Academy.
