An exclusive course MASTER CLASS with a selection of some of the finest dishes in Mediterranean gastronomy, allowing the on-board Chef or Cook Stewardess to acquire cooking knowledge of:
- Signature Tapas Master Class
You will learn to prepare dishes like Tuna tartare with miso, caramelized onion, spring garlic & avocado, Andalusian style squids with ink foam mayonnaise, Catalonian Cod Salad- Esqueixada, Roasted eggplants and peppers wonton ravioli, Potatoes in hot spicy sauce by Sergi Arola among others...
- Rice Master Class
During the second day, you will be introduced to the wide variety of rice preparations in the Mediterranean cuisine, learning from seafood traditional Paella or Fideuà to Duck and foie rice and mushrooms & vegetables Risotto.
- Master Class Seafood
In the Master Class Seafood session, you will learn how to prepare dishes like Bouillabaisse fisherman's stew, Clams in Green Sauce by Gordon Ramsay, Prawns citric carpaccio and many more.
- Master Class Molecular Cuisine Module 2
We will finish off the course by learning the most exclusive cooking techniques and you will be introduced to molecular techniques, by preparing recipes from Michelin Star professionals, for instance, Oysters with mild escabeche by Martín Berasategui, Beef sirloin and potato cannelloni by Paco Roncero or Spherical Yoghourt Ravioli by Ferran Adrià.

A demonstrative course in a cooking school where the students appreciate the elaboration of recipes from start to finish, concluding with a preparation for the presentation to guests.
All our classes are taught by professionally trained bilingual Spanish chefs.
The training includes tasting, recipes and certificate of attendance.

I really enjoyed the Mediterranean Gastronomic course with Chef David. I learnt lots of new tequniques and gained more knowledge about Mediterranean cuisine.
