Courses:
- Advanced Leadership & Management: The Advanced Leadership Module focuses on managing the challenges when taking on a HoD position to consolidate their knowledge and skills on how to motivate individuals & teams, effectively communicate, implement performance management on board, and manage conflict situations coaching and Mentoring on board.
- Advanced Service/Silver Service: An exclusive course teaching how to apply different service styles onboard the customs, techniques, and etiquette of Silver Service and other relevant service styles. The course is instructive, and practical, and includes different setups of the table, different types of Services, Silver service, Champagne and wine Services. Implement and manage Food and beverages SOP. Supervisory skills and organization for guest service.
The IAMI Accredited Yacht Training, delivered through the GUEST Program, is internationally recognized as the Large Yacht Qualifications & Assessment Standard, offering a portfolio of Programs made up of courses that provide targeted training, enhancing the careers of Superyacht Professionals.
