This course is directed to heads of department/senior positions onboard who have a responsibility within their appointed roles to understand the impact of leading individuals and their department teams.
The Advanced Leadership Module focuses on managing the challenges of the HoD position and consolidating their knowledge and skills on how to motivate individuals & teams, effectively communicate, implement performance management on board, resource management principles, and manage conflict situations coaching and mentoring on board.
Duration: 3 sessions or 1 session intensive
Self-study: 20 hours
