It was designed to allow the designated crew to take their abilities to the next level in terms of cocktails, equipment, and ingredients.399€
Advanced Coffee Barista: In this course, you will become a coffee & tea master. You will not only learn the origins and the variety of these common drinks but also the key skills to prepare them. We will see different coffee preparations and techniques like texturing and foaming, to turn your creations into a piece of art! You will also learn about tea service and the existing infusion techniques.399€
Advanced Housekeeping Service: This one-day course provides in-depth knowledge of the advanced aspects of Housekeeping and organization skills required for the maintenance and smooth running of the guest interior. There is a thorough review of Housekeeping basics, followed by a more advanced theory on the care and maintenance of surfaces and fabrics. Focus is also given to anticipating guest needs, time management, and the importance of attention to detail in the Housekeeping department.284€
Advanced Laundry Service: This one-day training offers invaluable tips, guidelines, and training on how to apply and manage efficient laundry services onboard, stain removal. It includes a thorough overview of professional ironing of garments and linens, while also looking at useful procedures and simple laundry steps and guest laundry services, which can save time while still ensuring the highest standards in equipment, garment, and linen care.284€

Methodology
Students will have access to all the content of the course on the online platform 24/7. During the course and combining with self study on the platform the student will attend on class sessions at Barcelona Crew Academy , with our expert teacher, the course focuses on practical experience using a range of quality equipment with of practical demonstrations by applying skills.

Assessment Criteria is achieved through the assessment process of practical demonstrations by applying skills, supported by Assessments through final exam and assignments testing.
