Basic Food Service Module
An exclusive module teaching the customs, techniques, and etiquette associated with traditional Silver Service originating in English high-class estates as well as other relevant service styles. The module is instructive, practical and interactive and includes: how to lay the table, the direction of service, practice in serving guests, basic Champagne and wine service.
Upon successful completion of this course students will have developed a 5* standard service skill-set.
