COURSE 2: RUM APPRECIATION, SERVICE & MASTERCLASS

- Rum production methods, styles and categories
- Premium and luxury rums
- Familiarisation with the yacht’s own rum selection
- Ageing, maturation, storage and care
- Correct glassware and professional onboard service
- Tasting methodology
- Aroma and flavour appreciation

- Luxury guest presentation
