A private, hands-on Japanese Cuisine Masterclass designed for professional chefs who wish to develop and refine their knowledge of Japanese cuisine, techniques and presentation.
The session will be tailored to the participants’ professional level and learning objectives.
Prior to the masterclass, the chefs will provide us with the specific dishes, recipes and techniques they would like to explore. Based on these preferences, our Japanese Cuisine Chef Instructor will prepare a personalised practical programme for the session.
The Masterclass Includes
- 4 hours of private practical culinary training
- Professional Japanese Cuisine Chef Instructor
- Tailored programme for 2 professional chefs
- Japanese culinary techniques and preparation methods
- Selected recipes according to the chefs’ interests
- Professional presentation and plating techniques
Guidance and recommendations from the instructor throughout the practical session
Food, ingredients and grocery products are not included in the price.
All ingredients required for the selected recipes must be purchased and provided by the client.
The client will also provide the kitchen facilities, utensils, cookware, knives, appliances and equipment required for the practical session.
Once the dishes and recipes have been agreed, the instructor can advise on the ingredients and equipment required.
Booking Conditions
Full payment confirms the reservation of the instructor for the agreed date and session.
Once purchased and the instructor has been confirmed, the booking is non-refundable.
Client cancellation, non-attendance or inability of one or both participants to attend does not entitle the client to a refund, subject to any mandatory rights applicable by law.
Late arrival will not extend the scheduled 4-hour training period.
Any additional masterclass or training session must be booked and paid for separately and is subject to instructor availability.
Any additional training with a chef/instructor introduced through Barcelona Crew Academy / International Luxury Training must be arranged and invoiced through Barcelona Crew Academy / International Luxury Training.
