ADVANCED WINE APPRECIATION LEVEL 2 MODULE
An exclusive module designed to deepen knowledge of wines and professional wine service in luxury hospitality environments. The course explores major wine regions, grape varieties, tasting techniques, and wine classification systems. It also introduces advanced service skills such as bottle presentation, decanting, wine storage, and food and wine pairing, enabling crew to confidently recommend and serve wines in line with superyacht service standards.
ADVANCED CIGAR EXPERT
An exclusive module introducing the traditions, etiquette, and service techniques associated with premium cigars in luxury hospitality settings. The course covers cigar origins, types and formats, flavour profiles, and correct storage using humidors. Participants will also learn the proper protocol for cutting, lighting, presenting cigars, and pairing them with fine spirits, ensuring a refined after-dinner guest experience onboard.
This qualification is essential for CHEFS & STEWARDESS on board.
