QUOTATION -CREW PLACEMENT FEES -non managerial position / Fee Policy
The provision of the Service will be subject to the payment of an appropriate placement fee* calculated on the following basis:
2-Seasonal Placements (Crew employed for a period 6 months or less The fee will be one 50% monthly salary.
1-Full-time Permanent Placements (Crew employed for a period six (6) months) or less: The fee will be one 75% monthly salary.
FEE 10% DC LOYALTY total Fee 770€ -10% final fee 700€
07/07/2025 50% - 350€ - 2nd Payment remaining 7 days after starting day
Junior Stewardess/Deckhand – 30 m Motor Yacht (Barcelona)
Embarkation & Home Port: Barcelona
Salary: €2 200/month; immediate start for the Balearic season
Role:
Junior Stewardess/Deckhand for a 30 m private yacht. You’ll handle cabin housekeeping (bed turn‑downs, cleaning, polishing) crew mess, guest services side jobs and laundry, restock supplies, assist with light deck tasks (wash‑downs, lines and fenders) and help deck wherever needed.
Requirements:
- STCW and ENG1 certificates
- Some hospitality or service experience; yachting experience 1 season.
- Fluent English; Spanish
- Positive, team player
Package:
Seasonal contract, full board potential becoming permanent and shared accommodation, insurance included.
