- Advanced Service/Silver Service: The module offers an exclusive and interactive course that teaches how to apply multiple formal service styles onboard, including Silver Service, French Service, American Service, and Russian Service. The training focuses on customs, techniques, and etiquette associated with each service style. Participants will gain hands-on experience in different table setups, Champagne and wine service, caviar and coffee service, and learn to implement and manage Food & Beverage standard operating procedures. The course also covers supervisory skills and guest service organization. By the end of the module, students will have developed a refined 5-star service skill set and a strong understanding of luxury menu items.
- Flower arrangement Advanced Floristry & Plant Maintenance Unit 10: Flower arrangement Module Enjoy an interactive flower arrangement covering all skills you need for making creative & luxury flower decorations for Interior and flower caring and maintenance.
- Wine Appreciation Level 2: A recognized wine course for yacht crew aiming to provide a basic introduction to wine, its origins, varieties and rituals followed by food & wine pairing.You will cover the basics of winemaking, grape varieties, styles of wine, storage and service, and the principles of food and wine matching. After completing a short exam and set of tasting notes at the end of the day-long course, you will receive – if successful – a globally recognized qualification.
- Bartending & Mixology: Our mixology course offers a syllabus developed to give you the theoretical and practical bases to learn the latest cocktail trends in the most advanced techniques of international cocktails, becoming a leading bartender.
- Cigar Service Unit 06 - Enjoy an interactive cigar tutorial covering the cigar basics, including the history of cigars, growing regions, the cigar diferent sizes, appreciation body, strength and flavours, brands, cigar service on board, smoking, cutting and storing and care, final Cigar appreciation and Whisky pairing.
- Food Safety level 2 : This Food Safety & Hygiene module is aimed at providing the crew with the necessary training as required by MCA regulations. This course is specifically oriented for personnel working in service or galley on luxury yachts.
- Advanced Housekeeping & Laundry : This training provides in-depth knowledge and practical skills in Housekeeping and Laundry operations onboard. The Housekeeping module covers advanced cleaning techniques, surface and fabric care, organizational skills, and guest-focused service, emphasizing time management and attention to detail.
