- Advanced Service/Silver Service: An exclusive course teaching how to apply different service styles onboard the customs, techniques, and etiquette of Silver Service and other relevant service styles. The course is instructive, and practical, and includes different setups of the table, different types of Services, Silver service, Champagne and wine Services. Implement and manage Food and beverages SOP. Supervisory skills and organization for guest service.
- Housekeeping & Laundry
will learn the basics of the Housekeeping and Laundry procedures onboard. This includes the step-by-step professional detailing of a cabin, and the handling of guests´ clothes while packing and unpacking a suitcase, from ironing and iron maintenance to the proper cleaning of different types of clothing and fabrics.
Intro to wines & Mixology
Wines as varietal bases to learn the basics of cocktails as well as basic techniques of international cocktails and study the products and families of alcoholic beverages like spirits, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and whisky. Also, you will learn about the basic introduction to wine, its origins, varieties, and rituals followed by wine service on board a superyacht..
