- Advanced Leadership: This Module focuses on managing the challenges when taking on a HoD position for the first years as how to motivate individuals & teams, effectively communicate, apply performance management on board, resource management principles, and manage conflict situations. 1200€
- Interior Management, Event & Destination Planning: Covers administration, communication, accounting, budgeting, planning, MLC, flag state regulations, crew contracts, Event Management, and Destination Management for high-end clients. 1100€
- Human Resources Crew wellbeing & Retention:This training provides effective crew recruitment and selection, managing employee relationships, and implementing performance evaluation processes to ensure a well-functioning and motivated team. 580€
