Courses:
- Foundations & Adv Leadership: This Module focuses on managing the challenges when taking on a HoD position for the first years as how to motivate individuals & teams, effectively communicate, apply performance management on board, resource management principles, and manage conflict situations. 1200€
- Interior Yacht Administration: includes training on departmental SOPs, standards of professionalism, and maintaining a code of conduct aligned with yacht orders. The unit guides participants through handling sub-department tasks, using information systems, maintaining checklists, inventories, and guest preference sheets, 480€
The IAMI Accredited Yacht Training, delivered through the GUEST Program, is internationally recognized as the Large Yacht Qualifications & Assessment Standard, offering a portfolio of Programs made up of courses that provide targeted training, enhancing the careers of Superyacht Professionals.
