- Advanced Service/Silver Service: An exclusive course teaching how to apply different service styles onboard the customs, techniques, and etiquette of Silver Service and other relevant service styles. The course is instructive, and practical, and includes different setups of the table, different types of Services, Silver service, Champagne and wine Services. - Advanced Cigar Expert & Service
- Enjoy an interactive cigar training covering the cigar essentials including the history of cigars, growing regions, the cigar different, sizes, appreciation body, strength and flavors, Top brands, Luxury cigar service on board, smoking, cutting protocol, and storing and care, final Cigar appreciation and Whisky pairing.320€
- Advanced Wine Appreciation (Level 2)
A recognized wine course to provide extensive knowledge of the world of wine.
- You will learn professional and practical sommelier service skills, along with knowledge of grape varietals, styles, and climatic influences terror, that allow you to recommend and guide guests through the wine list as well as create a wine menu. Also, principles of wine rotation and storage, learn to recommend for food pairing, wine tasting phases, and appreciation. Last, luxury protocol for wine service - a globally recognized International qualification. 480€
