- Shoe care, ironing, pressing, and delicate item handling.
- Foundation Leadership – Unit 17
- Introduction to HoD responsibilities.
- Motivating individuals and teams.

This pack is for developing your knowledge and skills for a Housekeeper who wants to become a Head of Housekeeping (Previously certified as a Stewardess) Diplomas of the 4 modules will be provided and are part of CoC.

Students will have access to all the content of the course on the online platform 24/7. During the course and combining with self study on the platform the student will attend on class sessions at Barcelona Crew Academy , with our expert teacher, the course focuses on practical experience using a range of quality equipment with of practical demonstrations by applying skills.
