24 months of verified Yacht Service with 120 guest days in a senior position.

OR

10 months of verified Yacht Service with 60 guest days, counted from the issue date of the GUEST Senior or Head of Department CoC.



Duration: 4 days




*Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 can be added to the program as it is mandatory to work onboard.



This pack is for developing your knowledge and skills for a stewardess who wants to become a Chief Stewardess (Previously certified as a Senior Stewardess) Diplomas of the 3 modules will be provided and are part of the GUEST III Chief Stewardess program.

Interior Management, Event & Destination Planning & HR Unit 36 - HoD Interior:

Designed for Senior Interior Crew and Chief Stewardesses with at least 2 years of onboard experience who want to build stronger systems to manage the Interior Department professionally.

The course focuses on creating and managing SOPs, rosters, inventories, checklists, interior manuals, records, schedules, and standards for Service, Housekeeping and Laundry.

It helps students structure the day-to-day operation of the Interior Department and improve organisation, administration and team coordination on board.

  • Advanced Service/Silver Service Unit 5: An exclusive course teaching how to apply different service styles onboard the customs, techniques, and etiquette associated with traditional Silver Service as well as other relevant service styles. The course is instructive, practical, and interactive and includes different setups of the table, different types of Services, Silver service, Champagne and wine Services, Caviar services, and Coffee services. Implement and manage Food and beverage SOP procedures. Supervisory skills and organization for guest service. Students will have developed a 5* standard service skill set and good knowledge of luxury menu items. 


  • Advanced Valet- Butler Service Unit 9: Focus is given to applying efficient valet services such as handling guest clothing and accessories, suitcase packing techniques, and wardrobe management. clothing, shoe care, ironing and pressing different items, and handling and packing delicate items. 


  • Advanced Wine Appreciation Level 2: A recognized wine course for yacht crew aiming to provide a basic introduction to wine, its origins, varieties, and rituals followed by food & wine pairing. You will cover the basics of winemaking, grape varieties, styles of wine, storage and service, and the principles of food and wine matching. After completing a short exam and set of tasting notes at the end of the day-long course, you will receive – if successful – a globally recognized qualification. 1 day-550€


  • Interior Yacht Administration: includes training on departmental SOPs, standards of professionalism, and maintaining a code of conduct aligned with yacht orders. The unit guides participants through handling sub-department tasks, using information systems, maintaining checklists, inventories, and guest preference sheets,
