This course must be attended by crew working on yachts required to conform to the ISPS code who have been given designated security duties under the ships security plan. This training is compilant with MCA STCW95 certificate of Proficiency in Designated Security Duties.
On completion of this training the seafarer will be able
to Maintain the conditions set out in the ship security plan. Recognize security risk and threats. Undertake regular security inspection.
Properly use security equipment and systems.

Students will have access to all the content of the course on the online platform 24/7. During the course and combining with self study on the platform the student will attend on class sessions in Barcelona Port Vell , with our expert teacher, the course focuses on practical experience using a range of quality equipment with of practical demonstrations by applying skills.
Assessment process
Assessment Criteria is achieved through the assessment process of practical demonstrations by applying skills, supported by Assessments through final exam and assignments testing.
Certificate
The training provided by Barcelona Crew Academy in collaboration with maritime school includes a Diploma Certificate - MCA recognized certificate.

the Professional Yachting Association & G.U.E.ST program training
