Training is an essential part of good food hygiene practice and is a legal requirement for all food handlers.
This qualification is essential for CHEFS & STEWARDESS on board.

This course is certified by Award in Food Safety in Catering level 2 (RQF)-
Annex 1 of MSN 1846 (M). All these qualifications are classroom based followed by an assessment. Level 2 is the minimum acceptable level for catering staff and persons processing food in the galley

Food Safety Level 3 is an advanced food safety course t; students are able to learn the coursework at their own pace and on their own time through a contents preparation previous to the course in our Barcelona Crew Academy platform and followed by on class live session training with our expert teacher and with final remote invigilated -based exam.

Advanced Service Module / Silver Service - GUEST PROGRAM - Online Remote / Live Session 16-17 Feb
Upon successful completion of this course. An exclusive course teaching how to apply different service styles onboard the customs, techniques, and etiquette associated with traditional Silver Service as well as other relevant service styles. The course is instructive, practical, and interactive and includes different setups of the table, different types of Services, Silver service, Champagne & Wine Services, Caviar Service, Coffee Service.
Implement & Manage Food & Beverage standards operating service procedures. Supervisory skills and organization for guest service.
Students will have developed a 5* standard service skill-set and good knowledge of luxury menu items.
