This course is required for all crew with a duty to assist passengers on board ships. The course is in compliance with STCW code Section A-V/2 and provides underpinning knowledge for dealing with crowds in emergencies, rules of crowd management and factors affecting human behaviour in emergencies. Including mustering procedures and factors affecting human behaviour in emergencies, as well as awareness of life-saving appliance and control plans sections.A-V/2 y A-V/3
